How Can I Accomplish My Goal

There are different ways of achieving or accomplishing a certain goals and there were so many people who gives us idea on how to reach or accomplish them.

In accomplishing my goals I have my own strategies which I am using until now. These are five steps in accomplishing goals.

First: I write down my goals
          Example; to have my children finish their studies.

Second: I pray over for my goals that God will give me idea on how to do this.
          Example; I talk it over with God, telling Him all about my goals for my children.

Third: I try to find ideas on how to accomplish it by writing it down as a plan.
          Example:
                         Plan A: I will enroll them to schools where expenses will not be too heavy for me.
                         Plan B: I will let them apply for scholarship in big universities.
          It depends on you if how many plans you are going to set up.

Fourth: Try to weigh the different plans (positive and negative effect).
           Example: If I enroll them to affordable school I'll have less expenses but after they graduated
                            will they find better job?
                            If I let them apply for scholarship in big universities and they passed I still have
                             less expenses, and after they graduated they really will get good jobs because they          
                             graduated from known universities.

Fifth:Work out your plan to accomplish your goals.

This is but just simple steps and an example, but in whatever goals you will try to reach out, whether it be business, personal, or even in a workplace, just try these simple steps, and I'm sure you can accomplish your goals.

How To Be Effective in a Workplace

Workplace is a place where we get our suport for our family, pay for children's education, personal needs and many more to have out of our salary coming from our workplace. To feel uneffective is one of the hardest and painful thing a certain person feel, coz after this he needs to resign or wait to be fired by his/her boss.

When we feel uneffective let's just think of these simple ways in order to be effective and have the energy to work with our assigned task.

You need to have a life plan. Before you got the job I'm sure that you already have a plan of having that job that's why you apply for that job. It's your life plan that moves you up to have that job. It's your plan that makes you decide on what direction you are going to tackle.

When you feel tired, uneasy and uneffective, review your life plan, the direction you need to go, the path which will help you reach up for your plan step by step. This will inspire you ones again, gives you strength to continue.

Be responsible for the job asigned to you, as a professional you should know how to deal with every assigned task until you got it right. Give all your best. Show them that you can give the same enthusiasm as others can give.

Work hard. Show them that no one can do the job, right but you. You should be eager to adapt upcoming information regarding company matters.

Be positive with people who exudes positive behaviour and encourages intelligence and creativity in others because you can learn from them that might help you grow as a person.

Don't hesitate to acknowledge a colleague's good work because people inevitably reap what they sow. Similarly you will also be recognize for your best efforts.

Accept the fact that your career's success will not be a walk in the park. There will be times where despite all your attempts and good intentions, unfavorable situations happens but you must not loose your focus. Being mentally and physically tough will help you get through the ordeal.

These are but just simple thoughts but can help you tackle every hardtimes you get through in your workplace.
